HOW TO PREPARE IT:  1 cup of adlai to 2 cups of water or more, depending on preference. Best to soak the adlai in the rice cooker before for 30 minutes before cooking.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Eat as rice substitute. Also good as paella, champorado and risotto!
